I've tried so many CBD brands, but I honestly keep coming back to Vital Leaf. The CBD chocolates and tinctures are my favorite and I feel the most effects after taking their products versus others.
Their CBD chocolate tastes better than most regular chocolates that you can get at high-end grocers and confectionary shops. It's surprising but true. I usually have 30mg per sitting (3 squares) but sometimes I can't help but nibbling more cause they taste so good.
The main reasons I use their CBD products are for depression, anxiety/panic attacks, and occasional headaches. Sometimes I take the drops to help me fall asleep faster, but I don't typically have that issue. My mom does have trouble falling asleep and she loves their Rose Vanilla tincture drops to help with this.
